The candidate should normally* be at least 17 years old and should have the following qualifications:

1)

• Apolytirion of Lykeion, with an average mark of at least 17.
• OR two subjects at GCE 'A' level, plus at least three further subjects at GCSE or GCE 'O' level (at not less than grade C or above)
• OR three subjects at GCE 'A' level (with one 'A' level at not less than grade D)
• OR three subjects at GCE 'A' level and one further subject at GCSE or GCE 'O' level (at not less than grade C)
• OR two subjects at GCE 'A' level, plus two further subjects at GCE 'AS' level

2) Have a level of competence in Mathematics at least equivalent to a pass at GCE 'AS' level in a mathematical subject

You should have an advanced level of English. You may be required to pass (or to have passed in the last three years) a test of proficiency in English acceptable to the University, e.g. an IELTS score of 6.0 or over with a minimum of 5.5 in each sub-test or a TOEFL score of 580 (or 237 in the computerised test) plus a minimum score of 4.5 in the test of written English (TWE).
