MUH has developed software with the purpose of enabling a non Russian-speaking student to get familiar with the Russian language. The tool is designed in such a way that the student will learn the language from scratch up to a level appropriate for studying in the University. The application was created in 2006 and it has been so well structured that it received a special prize from the Ministry of Education for its effectiveness in teaching the Russian language.
